Within Germany, shipping is free of charge – regardless of the order value. Shipping costs are only charged once per order, even if delivered in partial shipments. If an order is shipped to multiple delivery addresses, shipping costs apply per delivery address. Delivery area
By default, we deliver within Germany. Deliveries to EU countries and Switzerland are also possible. The VAT is automatically adjusted in the shopping cart according to the respective country of delivery. You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. The bank details will be provided via email after completing your order. Please make sure to include your order number in the payment reference. Payment must be received within 5 business days. If no payment is made despite a reminder, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Returns & Costs You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Of course, we will cover the return shipping costs if the goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered.
